We provide online support and we try to be as fast as we can to respond back to you. We are located in San Antonio, Texas, at GMT -6. Please take the time difference into account when waiting for response from us. You can email us at support@vordur.com or support@icetips.com with any support issues. We try to respond to all email within 24 hours. Please do not attach files to emails unless we ask for it. If you do, your email may get discarded as spam. Please do not abuse our email. If you bombard us with emails it only means that we need to take more time to read email instead of helping you out!

You can leave a message for us at http://www.vordur.com/support.php and we will get back to you. This will be sent to us by email, but we also store it on our website so even if the email get lost due to spam filtering, we have the message you left for us. You must provide accurate email address so we can get back to you.  
 
If emails to use go unanswered for more than 2 days, it is most likely that it did not reach us. In that case, leave a message on our support page. Email has become somewhat unreliable due to excessive amounts of spam.

If you think you have found a bug or a problem, please use our online bug tracking system. When you report bugs, we would very much appreciate if you can give us as much information as you possible about your system, such as Operating system, what screen resolution and color dept you are using, what version of Vordur, etc. The more information we get, the easier it will be for us to investigate the problem and provide a fix.
